I love the chocolate one because I’m just crazy about how it tastes.

My most favourite mixture is just throwing it in a blender with a banana or in my oats then I’m a happy chap.

In my mind I have this saying called “Kom jy” where it just pushes me to go even when I lose concentration I’ve got to go and bounce back. Yes, it does play a role because it pushes me to go hard and at the end of my session I get to enjoy my recovery milk while I know I have good things going in my body helping me recover so I can go again

Most days I’ll have it after my training sessions in the gym where I know I’ve put the work in and sometimes between snack times when I’d like something good. Other days if I really had a hard day of rugby or HIT training I’ll push for another one just before bed so that it acts as a casein protein.

I get to push past my possible every day. The way I have to hustle and put in the hours to get my muscle not only in the gym, but on the sports field as well as my daily life. That’s what stands out for me about how it resonates with my own beliefs. Nothing is impossible if you put in the work
I’m a proud product of hard work and consistency so it is my lifestyle to train and put good things into my body.

I think it was making a advert for first choice about the milk with my friend where we try to replicate this video on another product and recovery milk then my friend had to drink powder as the “before” drink lol. His reaction was priceless. Loved it
