I honestly can’t pick one – as first position is shared between Choc Mint, because it’s that nostalgic reminder of my childhood and peppermint crisp, and Chocolate flavour because what girl doesn’t love chocolate? The flavours in HPR are so authentic and natural that the description is exactly what your taste buds experience, one sip is a journey of utter love, warmth, health, wellness, nutrition and of course a taste explosion.
I like to add a shot of espresso to my HPR with ice, I am a coffee snob so a good quality roasted coffee bean espresso over ice topped with any HPR flavour is my quick and easy go to.

I personally think this is a holistic approach, finding the balance between work and life, nutrition and diet; meditation and stress; relaxation and sleep; adopting healthy habits in all of these faculties keeps my mental health balanced and inherently I feel good physically, so I am ready for each session that challenges me. We are all human.
We must show up for ourselves. On the hard days when you feel unmotivated those are the sessions that count the most, that add to that exercise bank account with interest over time.
If I didn’t have HPR I would not repair, rehydrate, and refuel as well as get rid of lactic acid in my body whilst increasing my lactic acid threshold as fast as I am currently doing now. Dairy is proven time and time again to be the best sports nutritional aid out there for recovery. You can’t argue with facts and science. So, my body definitely feels optimally fuelled.

HPR Fits into my daily life depending on my current goals in the gym whether I am bulking or cutting. Either way I have 1 to 2 recovery milks a day sometimes 3. I called myself the fitness hybrid because I believe if you only do one thing you’ll only ever be good at that. I try and dedicate my hours in the week to strength, functional, HIIT, muscular endurance, aerobic, anaerobic, plyometric training, balance, proprioception. I believe in creating new motor programmes to exercise my brain by creating new neural pathways playing drums once a week. Every Sunday I pick a sport to do that I enjoy whether it be skateboarding, running, hiking, sky diving, soccer or trail running.

First and foremost, my morals and ethics are completely aligned with HPR and the very reason I started working with this brand. I have never come across a brand that is so morally sound in terms of ecological footprint, environmental impact, non-judgmental, humble, has integrity, treats others how they would like to be treated, values humans, appreciates those they work with, making sure their products are completely honest in what they are delivering to the public. One thing I could say for sure is I don’t care if a brand wanted to pay me millions for represent them I would NEVER take on a brand I don’t believe in wholeheartedly and honestly. HPR is next level and you have my full support.

I am a small built ectomorphic cis female that weighs 58 kgs, with a height of 165m. I am small but because of HPR I am dynamite in a small package. HPR is the only supplement I take as opposed to my multivitamins every morning. I realized that for my wee little size I am strong, strong is the new skinny when I managed to dumbbell press on a flat bench 5 reps of 27.5kgs in each hand. Anatomically the size of my wrists shouldn’t be able to handle that weight let alone my chest, back, triceps, biceps and anterior deltoids. So funny as it may be because of HPR I am dynamite in a small package.

These convenient protein shakes are super awesome after a workout or any time during the day when you’re wanting a guilt free snack. I buy them every day from Checkers. Super Cool!

Absolutely delicious and only 211kcal per serving with 21g of protein! I’d say it’s the best treat I could find especially if you have a sweet tooth and want to meet protein macros.

The Peanut Butter High-Protein Milk is our favorite flavour. Creamy, thick and delicious, a great midday snack. Gives you a boost of energy and helps get your protein in for the day. We love it after a workout.
